- using the following command ES [QELIZ] BBSERV BBSERV.EXE

- sysop. EL L BBSERV.EXE will run it from AA4RE's command line
- 5.Edit BBserv.cfg & read all the .DOC files & run BBcreate.exe
- 6.All the files supplied may be in the directory used by BB.EXE or if
- you desire any place you want use the ;bbserv_dir = path in BBserv.cfg
- If you path BBSERV.EXE you must path it when calling it up from REBBS
- with the command ES [QELIZ] BBSERV (path)\BBSERV.EXE
- 7.BBCreate will make the files it needs to operate. You should edit required
- reply and trailer files to suit your needs.
- 8.The basic setup is to decide what directories you want to use and enter
- these as comment lines exactly as describedin the SETUP.DOC file.
- 9.Run it manually a few times , you can enter (P) messages to BBSERV and
- run it and see if it works. It should find the messages, reply with
- the files or text requested & reroute the messages from your station to the
- sender. Any additional messages will be created in an import format as
- BBSERV.OUT and IMPORTED & Killed by the [IZ] portion of the wakeup command.
- 10. The first time it runs it will check all your files for messages to the
- server. After this it only checks to the last one it did. To reset it so that
- it will start from 0 again call it up as BBSERV.EXE /R or if you wish it
- to start at a higher number then a /R #### (####) is the message number will
- cause a reset to that number for the run.
- To Run it manualy and start it at message 5155 use the command:
- ES [QELIZ] BBSERV BBSERV.EXE / r 5155
-
- 11. Send comments, suggestions, complaints to:
- BBSERV@W1NPR

- Msg? Regular message text.
-
- In using BBcreate it needs all the required parameters to finish without
- error. If it aborts check waht parameters are blank and provide these and
- re-run BBcreate.exe
